They moved back to build something.

After years in remote outback Queensland — servicing electrical needs in some of the most isolated communities in the country — they were ready to come home.

They'd bought their dream house in Deni. They had four daughters to raise.

And they had a plan: launch Krios Electrical properly in the Riverina and make it work from day one.

Kurt had 15+ years of electrical experience behind him. Maddy had the business head to run it. 

Kurt and Maddy Smith didn't move back to Deniliquin looking for work.

What they needed was a presence that matched all of it — a brand, a website, a system and a local identity that made Deniliquin feel like they'd always been here.

That's what we built.

Moving into a new market as a tradie is harder than it looks. Word of mouth takes time. Trust takes longer. And when you're up against electricians who've been working locally for years, you need every advantage you can get.

Krios Electrical arrived in Deniliquin with real capability and a genuine story — but the online presence was still telling the wrong one. The website still looked Queensland. The imagery still felt remote and outback. Nothing said: we're here, we're local, and you can call us today.

Beyond the positioning, the foundations weren't in place.

No streamlined booking flow. No CRM. No inquiry capture. No local photography. No clear system to turn interest into jobs.
