Q: I’m busy — how much time do I actually need for this?

A: Not as much as you think.

Your initial onboarding will take you the most time, but if you care about your business and want to succeed, this will be a worthwhile activity!

From there, you’ll need a few focused hours each week early on to provide input and feedback.

After that, we take the lead and keep things moving.

All our clients say it’s far easier than trying to piece it together themselves.

Q: How does your waitlist and start process work?

A: We don’t jump straight into design as soon as you sign.

Once you’re booked in, we start with your prep phase — where you’ll gather content and go through our guided onboarding so we can plan your website properly.

This usually takes a few weeks, depending on how quickly you move.

Once everything is ready, we schedule your project into our build calendar.

We typically book projects 1–3 months in advance and only take on a small number at a time, so each one gets proper attention.

Q: Will this actually get me leads?

A: We’re not creating demand out of nowhere. We’re making sure you stop leaking the demand you already have. Right now, what’s likely happening is:
• people land on your website and don’t take the next step
• your message isn’t clear enough to convert them
• or enquiries come in… and don’t get followed up properly

That’s the gap we fix. We make sure:
• your website actually convinces people
• it’s obvious what to do next
• and every lead is captured and handled properly

Q: What if I’m not happy with the final result?

A: You’re involved the whole way through — nothing gets built in a vacuum.

We work through clear review stages, with up to 3 feedback rounds built into the process.

This gives you the chance to refine, adjust, and make sure everything feels right before we move forward.

You’ll always know what stage we’re at, what’s coming next, and when your input is needed.

And we guide you on feedback — so it’s constructive, not overwhelming or endless.

The important part:
We don’t launch anything until you’re confident in it.

But we also keep things moving — so feedback stays focused, and the project doesn’t drag on.

Q: What happens after the site is live?

A: You’re not left in the dark. Once your site is live, we walk you through everything - so you know exactly how it works and what to do next.

You’ll get a clear handover with all logins and key info in one place, simple training so you can confidently update your site, access to tools, guides, and support resources (+ optional ongoing support if you want it).

You can manage everything yourself, or we can stay involved - completely up to you.

There are no required ongoing fees with us after handover.

Your only ongoing costs are standard platform expenses like hosting or subscriptions, depending on what we set up - and we’ll be upfront about all of that before we start.

Q: Is this right for me if I’m just starting out?

A: This works best for businesses that are already up and running, have proven services, and are ready to clean up how they show up and convert enquiries.

If you’ve got the budget to invest in a solid launch and do this properly — then yes, it can set you up incredibly well from the start.

But if you’re still finding your feet, figuring things out, or watching every dollar… this probably isn’t the right move just yet.

We’re small business owners too — we get it. Cashflow can be tight, and sometimes the timing just isn’t there..

The reality:
This kind of setup isn’t a quick fix.
It’s what you invest in when you’re ready to take things more seriously and build something that actually supports your growth.    

Q: What are the ongoing software/ hosting costs?

A: We build on HighLevel, WordPress (Elementor) or Showit - depending on what suits your business best.

Every website needs two things to stay live:
• a domain (your website address approx $20-$30 per year)
• and a hosting or a platform subscription (where your site lives)

Depending on your setup:
• WordPress hosting → approx. $20–$40/month
• Showit (or similar) → approx. $30–$50/month (includes hosting)
• HighLevel → approx. $97–$149/month (includes CRM + systems)

You can manage this yourself, or we can handle it for you so you don’t have to think about renewals, logins, or tech issues.

We’ll walk you through exactly what you need before anything is set up.

These costs are just part of having a proper online presence.
